Pudgy had spent the last 9 years of her life in Pleasant Valley Nursing Home where she received very good care from the staff as well as her doctor of many years, Dr. Edward Ayers. She had a number of friends at the nursing facility which included staff members as well as residents. She had a special friendship with Tim Moses, who spent many hours visiting with her. She will be greatly missed by family and friends.
Pudgy did not want flowers at her funeral so in lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be sent to Crow-Hussell funeral home to assist with her final expenses.
There will be a funeral service at 1:30 pm, Monday, November 8, 2021, at Crow-Hussell Funeral Home, with Rev. Mel Mock officiating. Burial will be private in Lone Oak Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 1:00 until the time of the service.
