William F. "Bill" Jordan, age 76, of Point Pleasant, passed away on Saturday morning, August 9, 2014, at Pleasant Valley Hospital Emergency Department.

Bill Jordan was born in Buffalo, WV on May 24, 1938, he served in the United States Air Force during the Korean War and returned home to work and later retired from Kaiser Aluminum as a Crane Operator.

Bill is preceded in death by his first wife; Vonda (Plants) Jordan, brothers; John W., Robert, and Francis Jordan.

Surviving he leaves behind his wife; Wanda (Baker) Jordan, two sons; Todd (Kris) Jordan, of Fredricksburg, Va, and Tom (Robin) Jordan of Point Pleasant, three grandchildren; Emily, Katie, and Anna Jordan. Bill is also survived by two sisters; Nancy Jordan, of Mason, WV and Linda Rectenwald, of Manning, SC and one brother; Mike Jordan of Big Bend, WV.

Bill loved his family and he enjoyed attending both Harvey Chapel as well as Longview Churches. When not with family and friends you could always find Bill with a line in the water, doing what he loved.

Visitation for Bill will be at Crow-Hussell Funeral Home Wednesday from 5-7 p.m. with funeral services officiated by Rev. Dwight Baker on Thursday beginning at 1p.m. burial will follow at Forest Hills Cemetery.
