William M. Bonecutter, 57, of Point Pleasant, passed away on Monday morning, October 3, 2011, at his home. He had previously worked for the City of Point Pleasant. William was born on November 14, 1953, in Gallipolis, a son to the late Owen William Bonecutter and Wilma (Duncan) Bonecutter, who survives him. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a brother, Anthony "Steve" Bonecutter; and three sisters, Shirley Ann Bonecutter, Barbara Rainey and Drema Bowman.
In addition to his mother, William is survived by his son, William Matthew "Billy" Bonecutter, II, of Huntington; two sisters, Brenda Holley and Melba Smith, both of Point Pleasant; and three brothers, John and Denise Bonecutter, of Point Pleasant, Brady and Judy Bonecutter, of Leon and Lester and Faye Bonecutter, of Point Pleasant; and several nieces and nephews.
William's life will be remembered at 11:00 a.m., Friday, October 14, 2011, at the Point of Faith Church, with Pastor Anthony Toler officiating. Burial will be conducted privately. Visitation will be held at the church one hour prior to the service. The family has requested no flowers. Memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.
